| ATTENTION ALL ROYAL CHARTER CADETS:
In order to improve communication, participation, relations, and
overall program quality in the cadet corps, weekly phone calls have
become mandatory.
Cadet staff members have each been assigned multiple cadets that
they are expected to call weekly. In addition, element leaders are
to contact their element members weekly. As it stands, the current
policy is that if a basic cadet has not received a call from both
their mentor and their element leader by Thursday afternoon, the
basic cadet should do their best to contact their mentor and/or
their element leader.
Please
make an opportunity out of these phone calls. They are an excellent
time to learn and to teach.
